Thanks very much for the review Jason. The NEEDSPONSOR blocker is indeed
incorrect ; I'll remove it and import.

There wasn't much discusion, so I'm going to "fix" this by doing things as
suggested in my initial proposal to the list:
So there we are 2 different ogg support for use with allegro support libraries
both installing:
/usr/lib/libalogg.so
One of them installs:
alogg.h
And the other:
alogg/alogg.h
Which also seems like an accident waiting to happen. I'm thinking of solving
this by:
-give AllegroOGG a new soname: libAllegroOGG.so, or should I give them
both a new name, and in that case what should I use for alogg?
-putting all the header files of both in seperate dirs under include:
/usr/include/allog/(alogg/alogg.h)
/usr/include/AllegroOGG/(allogg.h)
-modifying allog-config todo the right thing for alogg
-use pkgconfig for AllegroOgg
-patch AllegroOGG using programs to use pkgconfig. Currently only raidem
can use AllegroOGG (I have a new version ready which adds ogg support
as a replacement for the stripped out mp3 support, giving raidem its
background music back).
I'll post links to a new specfile and SRPM once I'm done, in the mean time I'm
resetting this to FE-REVIEW :|

Wouldn't it be easier to just write:
%{_datadir}/bsd-games
Instead of all those seperate entreis for files and dirs under it in the %files
section? Anyways all MUST Fix items fixed: _approved_!

In that case concider dropping these 3 lines from the spec?

Do you concider the changing of these files format likely? If you don't makr
them %config(noreplace) the highscores will get reset on each package update, I
don't think you / we want that.

Just took a quick look but I can't fetch the upstream source. It looks like
they don't distribute 3.15 any longer.
Now, if I understand things, this is just building some extra files that aren't
included in the Core PyQt package. (They couldn't be; qscintilla is in Extras.)
So the version of PyQt used here has to be exactly the same as the version that
Core used for their packages. If so then we'll have to make an exception for
the need for upstream sources.
Just for grins I tried to build in rawhide; the build fails in configure.py. It
builds fine on FC5 x86_64 (in mock).
