If it's on the spins, it should probably live in comps.
FWIW, I would really really really prefer that this sort of thing not
be in python. Perhaps I'm in the minority.

Its being worked on and I think we should go that direction once it
has reached fruition, but in the mean time I think it would be nice to
have command line networkmanager usage.
