The error message is correct but not fatal at his point. grub.cfg will be
populated anaconda by running grub2-mkconfig.

But this file is %ghost in grub2-1.99-12.fc17 (and grub2-1.99-13.fc16 in
-testing), so there shouldn't be any reason to remove it now.

I agree later on i found out that i had another issue that was
blocking grub2-mkconfig from creating the file
i think that's a bug in appliance-creator
