[Fedora-spins] mc in the mix

I'm not sure if the reasoning is valid ("most used tool"?). The bug is assigned to Jesse right now who I'm sure will have something to say too, but here's my thoughts; If it were up to me, I'd leave it up to you, the spin maintainers. If you feel this is solid, add mc and maybe remove another package -if needed. If not, fine. Maybe leave a comment on the bug so Mr. Bartmann knows how this is going down.
