no rescue profile created on import

On my old server running cobbler 1.6.6, whenever I used "cobbler import" it created a "rescue-*" profile in addition to a profile for the distro. Now I'm setting up a new server running cobbler 2.0.3.1. I've imported distros using both remote rsync hosts and local DVD images. None have created rescue profiles. Was this feature removed?
