If you have added the mac address of the system while adding it to cobbler
than it will be listed in dhcpd.conf and it will start provisioning the
profile associated with the system.

If your cobbler is configured properly and your systems are configured to
boot from network, you will get the default pxe boot menu.
Let me know your system are able to load pxelinux.0 or not after getting
the IP address from dhcp server.
