I haven't looked at the anaconda source, but the process is package selection -> dependency checking -> ask ok to install. What if dependency checking fails for some reason? It may not be done asking questions at that stage.
So if it fails another screen pops up and shows the problem and it sits for hours. How about a check box you can check to continue if no dependency problems. So package selection, check box -> dependency checking, no problems -> install
