I'm wondering what the current guidelines for filing bugs on bugzilla.redhat.com are. https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs_and_feature_requests welcomes filing enhancement requests, but some package maintainers disagree and require filing bugs upstream.
I would like to avoid creating accounts in gazillion upstream bug trackers,
If only more bug trackers would accept openid, this would make the issue less problematic for all.
There is a plugin for that : https://wiki.mozilla.org/Bugzilla:OpenID_Auth_Plugin
So is there any reason to not offer it, or I can start filling bug to request it ?
In bugzilla.redhat.com? Feel free to request it, but I don't think it will be much of a priority. ;(
Upstream bugzilla has moved to 'persona' instead of openid, and this openid plugin is pretty dead/unmaintained sadly.
