Here is a simple if then for figuring out how ZFS support may ever get into Fedora:
1. Is ZFS now licensed under a GPL 2.0/BSD or MIT license? [These seem to be ones acceptable to be included into anything kernel related.]
2. If yes, please email legal@redhat.com to see if a further review is needed for patents or other problems.
3. If no, then "Not going to happen."
