Hi,
I created a LiveCD for my own personal use (with openbox) in Fedora 30. I have created
such a live cd for the past several cycles (I think
In the past, I have the SLiM (slim) screen show up with username (that I say is liveuser)
and does not prompt me for a password. However, in Fedora 30, I am prompted for password
from the created LiveCD. So I can not get in.
Here are the lines in my kickstart file:

That's part of the bootup scripts near the bottom of the file. See what

So I was wondering if I can explicitly set the password so that I know what to type when
it asks for one.
I did not have a problem with this in F29. I was not asked for the password. Something
changed with regard to permissions in F30 and I am trying to find out what/or how to set
the password.

I am sorry to say that this does not do anything in the sense that I still can not get
into the liveCD/ I tried setting a password 'fedora" even in order to make sure
that something was included, but I can not access the livecd installation (slim screen).
Are there more lines that should be added before or after
user --groups=wheel --name=myuser --password=""

maybe if you can login as a different user, you can look around and see
what's happened. Or you could mount the live filesystem and see if you
can find something.

I wanted to say that while I was not able to set the password, some update on Fedora
(can't see another reason) has fixed the problem with liveuser in the sense that it
can log in without asking for a password.

You tried logging in as "myuser"?
The password there is expected to be encrypted unless you use the
--plaintext parameter as well.
