Not really. You should file bug reports upstream and not in a package
review. Upstream hasn't really responded much the last I was working on
it and I haven't had the time to look into it recently. If you want to
take over the package and maintain in Fedora, you are welcome to close
the one I have filed and file a new ticket yourself. That would help
it get into the repository.

I know that the ansswer is always to shift package ownership to some
new blood, but I can't handle it. I'm weeky behind on releasing Fusion
Linux that is my primary focus so taking any additional stuff is not
realistic because I almost have no free time just by doing Fusion
Linux Remix.
Hope somebody else takes it over from you.
I found some bugs by manually compiling and running Arista and I'll
file those bugs to upstream. That is the most I can pledge to do
realistically.
