Installation Options is a part of *both* paths.
It affects the defaults in Manual Partitioning, but it doesn't act as a limiter to
Manual Partitioning.
e.g. XFS nor RAID are in Installation Options; yet I can still use them in Manual
Partitioning regardless of how Installation Options is set.
