How do I find where release-monitoring is actually looking?
It says it's using the GitHub backend. Annoyingly, you can't see what
owner and project name it's polling without editing the project. It's
looking at
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/tags which has 13.0.2.
I filed
https://github.com/release-monitoring/anitya/issues/549 to track
improving this.
