Notes-to-self for a potential new guide on Disaster Recovery

Hi all! I have been working on putting together some 'notes-to-self' for a potential client to assist me in giving them a presentation on Disaster Recovery. In the process, I thought that what I have is a good start for a potential Disaster Recovery guide for Fedora.
