New meeting time and day for Docs Meeting

I created a matrix[1] that shows the available times and days when people can generally meet. I'd like to give more opportunities to our AU friends as well as to those in school. Please take a moment to edit the matrix to show when a good time for you would be. I encourage everyone that is interested in working with the Docs Project to do this so we can make the decision with as much information as possible.
