Re: F26 Release Notes update from sclark

I have just caught up with the notes from this afternoon's Docs meeting. There are still five F26 Release Notes issues open for me [1]. I have committed entries for all five of them to the repository and have been waiting for comments back from the change owners. I know that a lot of folk have been away on holiday recently and so that might be why I have not had responses back. I suggest that we publish with the text that I have committed for these entries and make revisions later if I have got anything horribly wrong.
