On the serious note, I don't know any reason why to hold log4j in our
repo.

log4j >= 1.2.14 is needed by (installed) elasticsearch-0.18.4-11.el6.noarch
But 1.2.14 is in rhel6 for ages (years).
Can I safely assume it is not needed in our repo?
