On a first glance it seems
katello-agent can't connect to Katello due to some SSL
certificates issue. Might have various causes. First came on my
mind permissions on cert files, selinux or firewall. I'll try to
produce same log messages on fresh instance and let you know. In
the meantime you could try to check for Qpidd error messages in
the syslog and if your setup allows it, you could re-try with
selinux in permissive mode and firewall turned off (on both server
and client).
Regards,
Martin

Is your client side configured properly?
https://fedorahosted.org/katello/wiki/GuideSystemKatelloAgent
Could you attach /var/log/gofer/agent.log from the
client?
