R 2.7.1 is coming real soon now. It's built for F-8, F-9, and rawhide now, rpy is building against it for F-8 and F-9 now (its done in rawhide).
When the updates hit testing, it would be helpful if you guys could test and give karma so it can go into stable quickly. I will post the links when they are done.
