It was closed after it was fixed. The update was stuck at beta freeze and
nobody associated the FTI bugzilla with it.

Yes, if the previous maintainer is still interested in maintaining it, they can
take the package back by clicking on the *Take* button.
It makes no sense to me to assign it back to them if they are not interested.
