It doesn't complain but rpm -V shows the differences, it is better if
the stamps are the same for common files coming from different packages.
Would it be enough to use
%verify(not mtime) /path/to/files
in %files?
Maximum rpm does not really say what this does, except that rpm will not
verify the mtime then.
