bugs, build requirement changes, and software bugs all creep in, and not
trying to ram things out the door as fast as possible seems like a good
idea.
But EPEL has a completely different target audience, they're conservative
users who resist change and who are used to bugs staying unfixed for a very
long time if they're not considered critical enough. What works for that
audience does NOT work for Fedora's user base.
