I believe you need a new version of fedpkg and pyrpkg. It should just
be using "rawhide" instead of "dist-rawhide".

I did a yum update of fedpkg (although it updated to a crusty 0:0.5.9.2-2.fc14
version), but I don't even see a pyrpkg:
# yum update pyrpkg
