The Epoch hack that the current policy forces us to use does not
solve any
of that though.
Definitively IMHO we should change this policy on rawhide and updates-
testing repos, with these repos we should use (sometimes) :
dnf distro-sync
Will allow packager revert one package upgrade without Epoch hack .
