No, it isn't. The images have been oversize for some time now. The
immediate trigger that most recently pushed them from being just-
undersize to being just-oversize was changes to the kernel and webkit.

The images grew another 12M between 0111 and 0121; I haven't looked at
what caused that. Since then they've been fairly stable.
