We are against forbidden installation path into /opt, because we are
using it in our project
Then you will want to reconsider this.
- Dynamic Software Collections. The /opt
directory is used for installation of various Collections.
Packages (rpms) provided by the "Dynamic Software Collection" project
can do so, but packages (rpms) built from these sources by Fedora must not.
