For the record, and in case it happens again: there's really no good way
to "retract" an update once it hit the stable updates, because people who
already upgraded will be stuck with it. So rel-eng will be rightfully
reluctant to do that. What you have to do in such a case is to push another
update to downgrade the package, with a bumped Epoch (use Epoch: 1 if the
package didn't have an Epoch before).
