Yeah, they're a huge step backwards (and not just for 64-bit computing, but
also for CPU speed, RAM, disk space (especially where SSDs are used instead
of the traditional HDDs)
If you ever used an SSD you wouldn't call it a step backwards, it is
so much better than a traditional HD that I don't want a Laptop
without one ever again.
HDDs should be the ones of the past, but for that prices need to drop.
