rubygem-main and rubygem-fattr license change
Hi all,
due to license change in Ruby, rubygem-main and rubygem-fattr licenses have been changed
(after clarification with the author).
Previous licenses were GPLv2+ or Ruby, current licenses are BSD or Ruby.
The change applies to F17 and rawhide.
