I think it would certainly help and I wouldn't complain. In fact, I'd
love to start running that as soon as I can. However, it wouldn't
help anyone who does a (supposedly supported) F28->F30 update. I do
not know if that is a significant concern.

I think. Since my f28 builds match f29 right now, I just did both:
