Where is system-config-users?

System-config-users
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/system-config-users has been retired
due to FTBFS and lack of mainteance. I would like to revive it but I
can't find the source code anywhere. It was previously hosted on
fedorahosted but has not been moved to Pagure.
Anyone knows if there is still an official repo for it?
