E.g. /usr/bin/rpm still lacks the --what* command-line options corresponding
to soft/weak deps.
This issue was mentioned the rpm maintainer in an FPC meeting (IIRC, 3 weeks
ago), when we were discussing soft/weak-deps but nothing seems to have
happened since.
Therefore I just (I could have done so earlier, but have been on vacation)
filed an RFE against rpm:
