Talking about small footprint,
does anyone tried to install fedora on something like the MicroClient Jr.?
http://www.norhtec.com/products/mcjr/index.html
it has only 128Mb of RAM but but I could imagine a lot of applications
for it at home once fedora will be up and running...
I didn't try it (I don't have that piece of hardware), but if anyone wants to
try it:
1. add a HDD, IMHO there's no way Fedora is going to fit on that CompactFlash
card no matter how hard you try.
2. install FC5 with Slinky.
3. upgrade to FC6 using apt-rpm.
That should get you up and running. I'd recommend against fighting with
Anaconda with 128 MB RAM these days.
