My whole point was: "How to clean the Fedora Release Note project?"
Actually we still have ressources from past release that are not included
on the
current one (last modification time is last April).
I proposed then a workflow to avoid that (by erasing all resources first)
in
order to hide the files that we don't need the translators to
translate.

There is a "release" feature on the Transifex management page. I didn't
want to break from SOP, but if it does what I think it should, perhaps we
should use it in the future. I'll test it out on the technical notes later
today.
