It's inappropriate for start.fp.o as it's largely got Fedora Contributor content and start.fp.o was aimed at users. Other than that, I don't know.

All I can say is, that I use it very often, to see who owns which package, which build is pushed in which release etc...
All information in one place, without digging into koji and pkgdb and manually searching all infos.
