If you'd install katello-repos-testing package, it would be created.
Currently it should be disabled (Mike disabled it yesterday) so it
should not cause any issues.
Right now we stick with what is here:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/pulp
And that should be clone of v1-testing (1.1.11), currently also v1-stable I guess.

Hmm I do not have pulp-testing.repo
I have only pulp.repo linked to:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/katello/pulp/fedora-$releasever/$base...
Or I can have original pulp repo linked to:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/pulp/pulp
where is
* v1-stable
* v2-stable
* v1-testing
* v2-testing
So which one we should use (and test for upcoming release)?
