The copyright owner gave Github a license to distribute, by uploading it
there, but that doesn't extend to COPR. I think COPR would have to rely
on the non-commercial use option, and that looks messy.
Just to be sure, do you mean some checkbox/software knob that would affect
how the corresponding copr project looks like in UI?
It also dilutes the rule that software on COPR is free to use, which
netperf
clearly is not.
