The icon for suspend is system-suspend and, true, it isn't in the GNOME
icon theme (maybe we should open a bug report for the Fedora icon theme?)
IDK about the 'Standby' thing (I'm not in Fedora/Xfce at the moment and
I don't remember the action plugin having this).
As for the translation, it looks like Christoph is looking at it.
