We could download root.logs from Koji and grep them for

The dnf log is odd. E.g.
<
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/perl-Test-Simple/1.302035/1....
lists "perl-libs" as already installed in the "dnf builddep" section
correctly, but
<
https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/git/2.9.0/1.fc25/data/logs/x...
does not list it despite it's going to install various perl packages in
the same section.
Either I don't understand meaning of the dnf log, or something is wrong
with dnf and the logs cannot be used for that purpose.
But I don't have direct access to Koji storage. Downloading them
would
be too slow. I think I can ack Copr people to do it in Copr. It's not
Koji, but it could have representative data.
I obtained 2 GB compressed collection of root logs but it's a mixture of
various dnf or even yum logs. However, because of the above mentioned
issue, it's useless.
