Because we do not yet know what Zanata might offer us compared to
Transifex. Indeed, we can't and won't know that until we have a chance
to try it out.
We deflect all sorts of things precisely b/c "trying them out" is not a
zero-cost operation.
So - we're trying to figure out why we would commit resources to
something if we don't have any thing to gain from it.
