Most tablets run arm, from Fedora POV fledgling.
For PC's without a touch screen, it's pointless.
For those who can not use a hardware keyboard, an onscreen keyboard is
an absolute necessity. They may not be able to use the hardware
keyboard, but can use a mouse, trackball, or other input device.
Without the onscreen keyboard, they can not use the cd, nor run the
installer.
