I have load and update a official F21 arm7 (minimal install) on a new
raspberry PI 2, to make network backup of some server on a 1Gb USB hd
via rsync.
Linux s-backup-lampo 3.18.12-v7+ #783 SMP PREEMPT Tue May 5 22:48:52
BST 2015 armv7l armv7l armv7l GNU/Linux
Apparent all work find, but after a while rsync run, the mount point go
in read only mode and rsync stop to work with this error:
rsync: write failed on "/mnt/metal-bk-1t/temp2/dir/file":
Input/output error (5)
rsync error: error in file IO (code 11) at receiver.c(393) [receiver=3.1.1]
And in dmesg and journalctl I see a lot of this message:

If I try unmount the device, the umount command still blocked and into
journalctl I see this error:

the only solution for get control of USB hd is restart the raspberry
I have test the USB disk on another PC whit fedora 21 with same kind
backup and work great

It was a power problem.
I have connect hard disk to a USB HUB powered an now all work fine!

After seeing your message here I tried Jon Archer's image on the
raspberry pi 2 b and It does provide a working F-21!
However it looks like I will have to put in some more effort:

card. However I am happy to see this much working and be able to work in

and don't know what values to use for x and y. Presently df shows:

I came up with that, borrowed from my experience with Pidora.
I build images for ham radio, FC21 on the PI2 has been outstanding,
using Clive's images as a base, and building on that. I package rpm's
with a yum repository.

After trying everything I could find via Google, I have X sort of
working. I get the graphic log in screen but no keyboard or mouse after
I "startxfce4." However
I can "ssH -XC bobg@box83" from this computer and read the news on
Firefox 38 which I installed just to have something to test with, not as
zippy as on this box but it is actually usable.
