This past weekend I bought a Samsung Chromebook, as well as a 32G SD
card for loading Fedora. I followed the steps outlined by Christopher
Hewitt [1] for loading Fedora 17 onto the Chromebook with modest success:
everything seemed to be working fine except for Wifi. I copied the
modules and firmware over as specified.
The only issues I had with his steps were with the device name when
creating the partitions. His (and his source's) steps referred to
/dev/sd? devices while my SD card was always dev/mmcblk. Not a huge
deal...
Any suggestions/help/recommendations? All are appreciated.
