It would appear that the recent F13 update breaks NetworkManager. As far as I can see there is some weird breakage between NetworkManager, nm-applet, ConsoleKit, and/or dbus, but the net result is that it no longer works.

0.8.1-0.1.git20100510 works

0.8.4-4.git20100720 doesn't.

Unless/until somebody has a proper fix, this should probably be removed from the updates repo.
