I don't off hand. If we are willing to pay a bit I think we could
reserve space at a hotel or the like. I'm not sure network will be
great, but most places have meeting rooms you can get and also that
would be handy for people staying there.
However, if it's just me thats here, it might make sense to try and
find a location that would be cheaper for everyone to go to and find
meeting space there?
Kevin, can you look into coworking spaces? There are usually a few of
these in most metro areas. They're relatively affordable, often more
so than hotel meeting space, and also usually more comfortable work
environment. I found this one:

I think tibbs might be near there... not sure if he has time to help
out, but we could ask.

Yeah. If we have more us people we probibly want to look at us just to
keep costs down.
What are the cheapest/easiest US cities for the eu folks to fly into?
If you guys are still looking for space, I could also throw my hat in
the ring to host here in Fredericksburg, VA.
+ Coworking meeting space available for rent, used for previous FAD,
reasonable price
+ Driving distance to IAD (Washington-Dulles) airport, relatively
cheaper airfare
+ Affordable hotels
+ Unlikely to have crazy weather in early December
- Not sure if it's as convenient for Matt
- Everyone travels
