What is Fedora IoT edition?

Hello. First of all I would like to warn you that I'm not an IoT nor a Fedora expert, so bear with me. Said that, I would like to know what exactly is Fedora IoT. How does that compare to the Fedora arm images already in place? In addition what is the difference between a Fedora edition and a Spin? Thank you, A.
