Hmpf - the latest updates seem to remove all ark-entries from context-menu (which become less and lesser over time anyways)
not enough that they *never* appeared in folder-views which makes the workflow hard when you need to open the real filemanager instead just right click there....
these are still major regressions in usability introduced with Fedora 22 / KDE5 and now with F24 a year later not fixed and becoming worser

It would appear ark dropped support for service menus in the latest release.

Looks like an unfortuntate side-effect is that Service menus are supported only in kf5 apps (konqueror is still kde4-based).
I'll if it may be possible to hack in the old ServiceMenu files. Mind filing a bug so I won't forget? (I probably won't have more time to look into it for a few days)
