Hi..
I just installed Fedora 22, KDE edition. I find that mouse scrolling is too slow (as in it only scrolls a few lines) in KWrite and Kate. But it's OK in Okular, Firefox, Thunderbird and Qt Creator.
I found a "Mouse wheel scrolls by" setting in System Settings, but changing it from "3 lines" to "8 lines" does not seem to have an effect.
Anybody else noticing this?
If I were to file a bug for this, what do I file it against?
Thanks,
Syam

There should be a plasma-system-settings component in Red Hat bugzilla.

Yes and also that the touchpad is acting wonky, especially in Firefox (but only under Plasma 5, not Gnome).
May this be related to libinput? Is it possible to disable libinput without recompiling Xorg to compare?

See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1220101, this an issue between ktexteditor, Qt5 and libinput Xorg driver.
