In going over to Fedora-16 I seem to have lost my Live Bookmarks toolbar,
where I used to have sites like the BBC with RSS feeds
under the title bar at the top of the screen.
I can see them if I go to View=>Sidebar=>Bookmarks, so they are there.
Many thanks for any illumination ...

Where were they before? Beside Help on teh menu bar or underneath on
their own bar?

I met that problem once. It should be easy to resolve, though.
Bookmarks -> Show all Bookmarks - this brings up what used to be
called the bookmark editor. Under All Bookmarks, you should have
Bookmarks Toolbar. Drag all the things you want to see on the
toolbar into that folder, then all should be well.

The latter - in their own bar underneath the top menu bar.

That did it, together with going to View=>Toolbar
and ticking on Bookmars Toolbar.
