Got kde-4.8.3 f16/f17 builds in kde-testing, and queue'd for
updates-testing as well.
For f17, there's a chance we can ship with that (instead of 4.8.2),
assuming we can some good feedback. (else, it'll just be available as an
update afterward).

One small thing I just noticed:
When trying to open a directory from my folder view widget it opened with
Konqueror instead of Dolphin. The preference order of the two had been
swapped. I did not change it myself, so could it have happened during the
update?

After fresh update on F17, Dolphin is used on folder view. So I believe
it's not an update issue (but we need more evidence)...
